The average salary increase in Lithuania in Ist quarter 2019 cummulated to 8%, compared with the same period of last year. 

The average salary of workers, that worked for the whole month was EUR 1202, which is by EUR 88 (or 8%) higher. The salary increase in Ist quarter 2018 was 13%. 

Senior workers become more active on the labour market. 11% of old-age pensioners are still working, and this share is steadily increasing since 2009.
